1. Introduction

BykonzYard is an events and entertainment brand operated by DJ Bykonz. These Terms apply to all visitors to our website, attendees at our events, customers purchasing tickets, and individuals or organisations booking DJ Bykonz for private or public events.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Bookings & Enquiries

All booking requests for DJ Bykonz are treated as enquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is confirmed only when:

• Availability has been confirmed in writing.
• Both parties have agreed to the booking details.
• Any required deposit has been received.

Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability.

We aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours, although response times may vary during busy periods.

BykonzYard reserves the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.

3. Tickets & Event Entry

Tickets purchased for BykonzYard events are valid only for the event, venue, date and time stated.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Tickets are issued electronically.
• Each ticket contains a unique reference or QR code.
• Tickets must be presented upon entry.
• Tickets must not be duplicated or altered.
• Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated or suspected to have been obtained fraudulently.

Admission remains subject to venue capacity, licensing requirements and security checks.

BykonzYard reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered threatening, abusive, dangerous, intoxicated or disruptive. In these circumstances, no refund will be given.

Some events may operate an age restriction. Where applicable, valid photographic identification may be required.

4. Payments

DJ Bookings

A deposit (typically 50% unless otherwise agreed) may be required to secure a booking.

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed payment deadline before the event.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

Event Tickets

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Tickets will only be issued once payment has been successfully processed.

We accept payment methods offered through our authorised payment providers.

5. Refunds & Transfers

DJ Bookings

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

If a client cancels a confirmed booking:

• Deposits will not be refunded.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the notice provided and costs already incurred.

If DJ Bykonz is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide an alternative solution or agree a suitable refund where appropriate.

Event Tickets

Unless required by law or stated otherwise:

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged.
• Tickets cannot be transferred without prior written approval.

If BykonzYard cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered either:

• a full refund; or
• a ticket transfer to a rescheduled date where available.

Refunds do not include travel, accommodation or any third-party costs.

6. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

BykonzYard is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

We may collect information including:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Booking details
• Event attendance information
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)

Your information is used only to:

• Process bookings
• Manage ticket sales
• Respond to enquiries
• Send important event information
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Where third parties process payments or ticketing services on our behalf, they are responsible for securely handling your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request deletion where legally applicable.

The following may result in removal from the event without refund:

• Harassment
• Physical violence
• Hate speech
• Illegal drug use
• Excessive intoxication
• Criminal activity
• Dangerous behaviour

Where appropriate, incidents may be reported to venue management or law enforcement.

9. Liability

Attendance at BykonzYard events is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BykonzYard shall not be liable for:

• Personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged.
• Travel or accommodation costs.
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Event changes resulting from weather, venue restrictions, public safety concerns or force majeure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes to These Terms

BykonzYard reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our website, purchase of tickets or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
